Where? Our new Budapest hub, and we’d love for you to join us in the office, where we can collaborate, brainstorm, and share ideas face-to-face. That said, we understand that life happens, so we offer flexibility to work remotely when you need to. But, overall, we value the energy and creativity that comes from being in the same space, so we expect regular in-office presence.

1. You’re comfortable with C# and SQL, and not afraid to get your hands dirty. At Frankly, we deal with all kinds of tech challenges, and we need someone who is not only proficient with C#, but who can also learn and grow as you dive deeper into different stacks. You know how to make things run smoothly and how to troubleshoot when something goes wrong. No one’s holding your hand, and you like it that way.
   
   
2. You know your way around Git. You’ll be part of a team where collaboration and version control are key. You don’t need to be a wizard, but if you’ve got the basics down (and maybe even a little more), we’ll be in a good place.
   
   
3. You understand web services. We work with APIs, HTTP requests, and all that lovely web service goodness. If you’ve been around the block a little, awesome. We would expect you to be familiar with the basics, then we can build you up from there. Being adaptable is just as important as what you already know.
   
   
4. Bonus points if you’re into Databricks, Python, or Azure Cloud. If you have experience with any of these – awesome. If not, we’ll happily teach you. We're not looking for someone who knows everything, just someone who’s ready to grow with us.
   
   
5. Experience with Umbraco CMS is a plus! If you’re familiar with Umbraco, that’s great. If not, don’t worry – we can get you up to speed.
   
   
6. Teamwork makes the dream work – but we also value your independence. We’re a small team with a big impact, and we want you to be comfortable taking ownership of your work. We know it’s a balance between working collaboratively and being able to dive deep into tasks on your own. You’ll have the freedom to figure out solutions, but we’re always here for support when needed.
   
   
7. Fluent in English and able to talk tech to non-techies. We work with clients and colleagues from all over the world, and English is our common language. You’ll need to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical team members.
   
   
8. An international team with a shared vision. At Frankly, we have a multicultural and diverse team spread across several countries.
