Are you ready to build robust digital experiences with Drupal?

We’re looking for a Senior Drupal Developer who’s not just great with code, but also thrives in a collaborative, agile environment where no two days are the same. If you’re someone who enjoys tackling complex challenges, mentoring others, and staying ahead of the curve with Drupal 9/10+, we’d love to meet you.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and deliver complex Drupal 9/10+ projects from scratch or extend existing solutions.

  • Develop custom modules and themes, leveraging your deep knowledge of Drupal APIs.

  • Work with PHP, Symfony, and object-oriented best practices to build clean, scalable code.

  • Collaborate with designers, product owners, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.

  • Help shape our development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to our knowledge-sharing culture.

  • Use Docker (DDEV), Composer, and Drush to streamline and maintain development environments.


You're a fit if you…

  • Have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Drupal, including Drupal 9/10+.

  • Love custom module and theme development, and know your way around site-building.

  • Can comfortably navigate the Drupal Entity API, Form API, Render API, and more.

  • Have a solid grasp of front-end integrations, Twig, and preprocess functions.

  • Are skilled in PHP, Symfony, MySQL, and know how to optimize performance.

  • Know your way around Git (we follow GitFlow) and modern collaborative workflows.

  • Enjoy working with Docker and local dev tools like DDEV.

  • Have a proactive mindset and a knack for problem-solving – you don’t wait for instructions.

Bonus points for…

  • Experience with AI-powered search or personalization engines.

  • Familiarity with multilingual websites and internationalization.

  • Integration experience with third-party tools like CRM, ERP, or marketing systems.

  • Contributions to Drupal.org or engagement with the Drupal community.

  • Knowledge of REST, GraphQL, or headless Drupal.

  • Experience with Acquia.
